Privacy during early access

Your ChatGPT account identity links your business data to you. We store your catalog, photos and account settings with our hosting services. We also store orders you enter in POS, including customer and vehicle details you choose to provide.

Your catalog draft and orders are private to your account. Publishing makes your catalog details, images and contact links available to anyone with its link. Do not publish information you want to keep private. Catalog visitors do not need an account.

A temporary draft copy is stored in the account owner’s browser to help with saving. We do not currently collect or store payment cards, and subscription collection is not connected.

You can remove products and their display images from your catalog, or unpublish it. Full account and stored-file deletion is not yet available as a self-service option during this stage. Do not use the trial to store sensitive data.
